HOW TO RENT
Renting from gibbon is just like shopping on an e-commerce store. You pick, we deliver. You smile, we smile. Follow these steps for a fuss-free experience.
1. Pick the items you want to rent
2. Tell us the date and timing you are renting the product. Remember the time of arrival is important as we want to ensure the items are there before you arrive.
3. Tell us where you are staying in London and we will deliver it to you free of charge! Do note that if you are staying in an airbnb or private accommodation, there will be someone at the door during your indicated time of delivery. While delivery is free, we will have to charge a delivery cost for the second delivery in the event there is no one at your private accommodation.
And just check out! We will send you a order confirmation immediately after your rental purchase and will keep you in the loop of your delivery via email or sms. So keep your phone and email checked.
The items will be delivered to you on the day and time of your indicated rental period in a re-usable garment. Please keep that properly as you will need that on the day of return.
HOW TO RETURN
Place your rentals in the reusable garment bag they arrived in and be sure that the hangers are also placed in the bag.
We will collect it from the same place where we delivered to.
WHERE IS GIBBON SERVICE AVAILABLE
LONDON! Our service is currently available to travellers coming to London and leaving home from London.
WHERE WILL THE ITEMS BE DELIVERED TO?
We will deliver it to your indicated London accommodation when you make your rental purchase. If your indicated accommodation is a hotel, we will leave it at the concierge. If your indicated accommodation is a private accommodation such as AirBnb, please ensure that there will be someone at the location to receive the items. in the event when there is no one to receive the items during the indicated arrival time and date, we will charge a delivery cost of GBP10 for the second delivery made.
WHERE WILL THE ITEMS BE COLLECTED FROM?
We will collect it from the same accommodation that we deliver to. Please leave the items at the concierge if your indicated accommodation is a hotel. In the event your indicated accommodation is a private accommodation such as AirBnb, please ensure that there will be someone at the location for us to collect the items. in the event when there is no one to receive the items during the indicated arrival time and date, we will charge a delivery cost of GBP10 for the second delivery made.
HOW IF I AM TRAVELLING TO LONDON BUT DEPARTING FROM ANOTHER CITY
Fear not. We will try to accommodate to your needs. Prior to renting, please email us at email@example.com to tell us your place of departure. We will try our best to provide a pick up from that city. As the pick up is not longer within London, there will be a delivery cost depending on your location.
CAN I KEEP THE GIBBON GARMENT BAG
Unfortunately, no. We need the garment bag and the hangers to ensure your rented items are properly taken care of during the return. If the garment bag is not returned with your order or , you will be charged GBP25.
